This is a rich poetic rendering of the advent expectation. Your lyricism is strong, and rich with hope. Songwriting thoughts – get the chorus a little sooner, move the bridge to later.

There are some powerful images and word pictures there! Great job.
You might want to consider a slightly higher melodic range on the chorus for that extra punch.
